The plants is wet as I sprayed a sulphur mix to wash off some white mildew, as my humidity was to high and not enough air flow.

I can't say I've seen that before. Maybe it's a characteristic of the strain? Some take longer. What strain(s) are you growing?

There were some pistils in week 1&2 as I can remember it just seems too early as all, the lower Growth & new growth has some present.
The strain is Endgame rbx, also know as The punch line
 
Never spray plants during lights on. Only spray after lights go off. And never spray anything on any plant past week 2 of flower, or you will damage pistils and trichomes. Especially if you're lights are on when you do it.
