Salt presence on the buds , Visible salt

Hello there everyone so ,
Id just like some answers about this situation
Buds are full of salt to be specific alien dawg same grower 5 years running never an issue this time around buds covered in salt no effect what so ever on the weed but I’m curious to know why would it be so present on the buds literally shake them it falls off is it due to over saturation with Epsom salt spray or am I completely wrong please help me I need an answer asap

Let us see what you are dealing with but I have to assume if you are spraying them that much with epsom salts it will dry on the plants as where else would it go once the water is absorbed or evaporates?

Without knowing anything about the plants, I would suggest hosing them down somehow with the runoff not draining into the plants. It sounds like whatever the reason the mixture was way to strong.

how late into flower were you spraying them?

Are you spraying epsom salt? or were you prior to flower? Im confused.

I see this often with my sweet potato under LED but only on the leaf surface.

Are you using a lot of gypsum?

Calcium sulfate often react and makes epsom but Ive never seen it flow anywhere but the crust on the bag.

gotcha, so you're trying to figure out what the grower/place you got it did to it..

could be spray on terps? I have only heard about it so I have no experience determining if that's what you're seeing.. either way I would not burn that..

Could be laced with something aswell and not be Epsom Salts. I agree with @alpha.ganjaguy i wont burn that rather get in touch with grower/supplier. could be harmful or not but I know you'll sleep better knowing what those salt crystals are. Just my 2c.Maybe start to grow your own bro

I thought you grew this yourself. But you do know the grower? I am slow unless you write in crayola so my apologies but if you aren't friends with the grower I would be scared of meth/crack/draino laced buds. Herb looks decent though.

Doubt it’s laced as this has no effect on the weed tastes the same smells the same , looks different but other then that everything is the same it’s nothing malicious I would just like to know why it would be there

Maybe it’s just me but if you knew them for 5 years and they gave you this knowingly, there is no relationship but $ imo.. especially if they didn’t offer an explanation.. it almost concerns me more that they took it back bcs the next person may not be as cautious as you
