Gelato and runtz x layer cake

So had a bad start with previous pips under led....

So went to my t5 and have
9 gelato 45
9 runtz x layer cake
1 glukies

I have fan blowing on wall lower then tray as its a strong fan

Just gave them there first nutrients also

Quick update they are on 0.6 ec and 5.9 ph

Will be setting the big tent up in next week or so

Thinking of getting 1 of these to use with a pump to be able to water the back ones, once the 10x5 tent is set up and there in finals

That's how tight seedlings should look. What's your growing medium, that you're feeding them already? I don't know what problems you gad with your last batch but the best seedlings I've seen are started under flourescents.

And is that 10feet × 5feet?

There in just canna coco at the minute will be adding perlite when i pot up next, i will go 1 more pot before final..

So 100% coco........I assume "canna coco" is the same as "coco coir"? 100% coconut husks? It's an intriguing medium for sure, I don't know when it first started being used for growing but it has very interesting properties. Mixing it with some Perlite could be even better. The downside is needing to feed a lot more than soil. Not that it's bad, if you're using very complete/well-rounded natural fertilizers. It just means needing to control things more. I'm using an "a little of everything" approach. 50% various soil mixes, 20% coco, plus perlite, peat, worm castings..........

Yes 100% coco i dont mind feeding a lot more good thing is once u have big plants cant really over water

Got the big tent up and put a deck drain on 1 tray, need a washer to do the other tray gona run them to a condensate pump and then pump jt down a drain outside the grow room

Think il pot them up into 8.5 ltr pots at weekend and put under hid

Now on 0.8 ec 5.9ph

70ml syringe every morning

So i have now potted up into 8.5ltrs and got them under a 1k hps, will ad the other 1k once i see them shooting off in new pots


Mixed a 60 ltr bin 0.3ec
30ml cal-mag 0.4ec
30ml silicone 0.4ec
30ml each of a&b 0.7ec....

Quick update on 0.8 ec now,
with each 60ltr bin I make up i will raise the ec a little bit

Roots coming out the bottom of big pots now, going for a condensate pump today to sort the waste line out, then il get the other light up next week and put 9 on each tray

So run off pump is now sorted and working just poured 10 liters in the empty tray to seenhow the pump copes with that and was fine, so think it should be fine giving 18 plants a liter each twice a day

Shooting up gona tie them down and to open up and tidy a few leafs off bottom tomorrow

Gona flip to 12/12 at the end of month..

The gelato are alot shorter then runtz cake
