Is this plant done?? I messed up the ventilation during the majority of this grow… first time growing indoors. Can someone help me decide what to do with this plant?

Here’s a good photo of the entire plant, I believe I gave to much nutrients as well. Should I stick with water for the remainder of this grow to get them finished?

If that was my plant, I would harvest. I like the milky white and amber. Get Some Sir or Mam
