Yupp looks like a light stress/heat stress. The leaves curl up like a cup in an effort to retain moisture. Also could be overwatering. Do you water the leaves? Or is that just spillage?

I do water the leaves from time to time but less often than more

Foliar spraying isn’t a super important thing especially since you’re growing in the sun. Water droplets/beads work like a magnifying glass and can damage the leaves so I’d lay off spraying the foliage.

I’m very new to this and don’t have a lot of info like others on here but in the few months I’ve been growing I’d say the best thing you can do is to get into healthy habits early on so you don’t have problems later when it’s harder to fix them

Its bugs, check under the leaves with a scope or loupe.
If you wouldn’t mind telling me, I would love to learn something from this, what was the telltale sign for you that this is pests?

Looked like heat stress to me so want to understand what I didn’t see 😊

Visually the leaves have little specks all over the place which from my personal experience is the result of some type of pest feeding on your plant.

I can’t see it, only the water droplets. I’m a noob too so don’t think I’m trying to argue just want to learn

also leafs show stress/curling, some leafs look like revegged leafs.. it’s definitely not heat stress outdoors..
and i’ve never seen water droplets cause marks on the leaves from the sun outdoors..
it’s pest or mildew something like that is starting..
though i would like to see more pictures of this plant/area…

i think they are trichomes bro
My first thoughts would be heat stress over watering

Yeah, I see the trichomes, but I am talking about the yellow specks. I've circled them from the picture he posted. Look to the left to see what I'm referencing.

lol jesus man your really zooming in to find something. I dunno man thats very difficult to say that maybe 2 spots on a whole plant is something to be concerned about. Im not saying it isnt either I just cant see it.

The leaf edges curling up is a sure sign of low relative humidity. The yellow spot is probably from a random bug attack like a thrip but check the underside of the leaves for mites incase they are just starting to spread. However spider mites don't like low humidity so you should be fine even if you have a few. Outdoor plants usually have a few random things like that on them. I personally would not be worried about the spots. Also thrips usually aren't that big of a deal but if it gets worse you can order nematodes that eat them and water them into the soil.

Actually they thrive in low humidity, i've been having issues with mites and can confirm they hate water/humidity.

This is from Oregon State Uni:

Conditions that allow spider mites to thrive

Spider mites thrive in hot, dry weather. Ideal conditions for spider mites are temperatures in the 80s (F) and above, and low humidity (less than 50%). However, populations can build up any time humidity is lower than 90%.

I just leave my outdoor alone, water and maybe a tea. If they are outside and not infested just leave them be. Foliar spray is making it worse, indoor you need to watch like a hawk, but I just let my outdoor grow, my auto has heat/light stress too its just outdoors being brutal, it will definitely increase your terps though

I’m thinking it’s russet mites. You need at least a 60x scope to see them on the under side of the leaves. They will look like little grains of yellow rice with 4 tiny legs. They are a fucking nightmare. I’m a commercial grower, and I’ve seen entire gardens be decimated and destroyed from them. This is their peak time of year.
