Got you. What magnification do you think is good to see what may be there
You probably can use you phone cam, zoom way in, snap some photos, then zoom in again in the album. It works.

Pull a fan leaf off and take it over to a table with good lighting and examine it.10x might get you by. 20 or 30 would be better. diagnosing this stuff is about eliminating as many causes as possible. Pests are a cause that is pretty easy to eliminate. So it’s a good place to start. Then it is on to the complicated stuff.😅

Also in some rooms where there was no heat issue but to a lesser extent

Yeah definitely want it not to be this way but due to space and ACS stopping along the way have to have veg outside for now

The ones with the netting aren't in flower not yet no. Will be soon was plan.

Do you think the three fingers could also be caused by heat stress or nah?

I'll get onto a 100x lens

Honestly to me it looks like leaf septoria.
A fungus that lies dormant in a plant and is activated by high humidity and heat. I had it once look it up fellas I hope it helps.

Good luck✌️

Had a look under 30x nothing I could see pest wise!
Hard to see the damage to the leaf on the top but zoomed in you can see the silvery spots I mentioned earlier

For these (thrips) , in veg, I used captain jacks deadbug 2 applications and gone

This is with a Wi-Fi microscope from Amazon ($20) at about 60x magnification, should have bumped it up for a better pic has capability of 500x lol, was just searching and happened to see them and grabbed a screenshot
