Thank you so much for sharing your pics. Thank you even more for sharing your plant that herm’d!!!! Just got finished smoking a friends flower that herm’d and it was just as good as the other that didn’t harm. Looks great and I bet you love the smoke. Take your time drying it and don’t rush. It will be so worth the few extra days to dry out properly. Then start a smoking, obviously it gets better when you cure it properly but it will be just fine simply dried. Just a little harsh and maybe a little plant tasting. Let me know how it turns out! I bet you enjoy every piece of it including the LARF. Nice
Thank you for your feedback!! I appreciate it. I was pretty discouraged when I saw the pollen on some of the leaves but now that I have identified the problem and it being due to something that was literally out of my control even though I took the proper counter measures, I can happily say its not a big deal to me! As long as I can successfully finish this run out without anymore hiccups I’m happy ✌️ we learn as we grow that’s for sure!

Thanks man, I’ve grown it a bunch, bred some seeds, it’s definitely some really potent smoke, it gives you that head band feeling. I’m a definite fan of it, I’m about to have some banner cali dream crosses too. That’ll be a nice one.
Thanks for the information on the Banner strain. I bet your crosses are going to be fantastic!

Everything is chugging along just fine. Plants are drinking about a half gallon every 36 hours. Buds are continuing to pack on some size and a couple are pretty frosty. Will send some better individual buds soon. Have 2 strains that are now starting to produce some decent trichomes and fattening some. They are definitely a later developing bud. Hoping to see them make a nice push over the next 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 weeks.

Getting closer!

Send those pics please.

What’s your first net height from soil, also what’s your net spacing?

They look excellent!

Thank you for the nice comment. The measurements are 14” from soil to the first trellis net and the net spacing is 8” apart. The highest buds are around 9-12” above the 2nd trellis. If they would have been much taller I would have added a 3rd trellis with the same 8”s spacing. I use silicate once a week and it really does help with stronger branches. I get little to no branches bending do to the weight of the flowers. Big fan of it.

Awesome explanation! I went about 23” from soil line to first net then 5.5” net spacing top buds similar approx 10” above trellis (tons of lowers as well) i do have some leaners atm even in the double net but I can’t complain about that 😁

Easy to explain when you asked a very thorough question!
Like you I think that 6-10 inches of flower above the final trellis is always the key when deciding on where to trellis your 2nd layer. Seems to do exactly like you explained, a few flowers lean but the trellis seems to do just enough to keep them separated enough and upright so they can enjoying the light. Thanks for the information on your tents scrog as wel!

Anytime! Love to learn and practice new techniques! That’s why I started the veg discussion topic, so we can all see how we all prep the plants to get those nice full nets 😁

Is that a new thread you just started? I was going to start one as soon as I get off my butt and get the other tent going. Upgrading my 2nd tent from a AC infinity 3x3 (which I love) to the Gorilla lite 4x4. Love this tent even more though because of the Scrog. Makes it so much easier to get in the tent and move around. If yours is a new one I would love to follow that one and chime along and one site instead of 2. Love the veg stage the best. Shaping and manipulating plants and different techniques would be really cool to see along the weeks.

Day 1 of changing to 12/12. Off to a nice start, veg went perfect for these 5 ladies. Using my last grows notes helped tremendously. Never really had a bump in the road. 4 completely different strains, looking forward to these next 63-70 days.
Don't smoke enough to use that many. I give it away. Just put this under light a couple hours ago. So we shall see. Your plants look great by the way.

Thanks for the pic and the kind words. Very nice job manipulating that plant to grow perfectly in you space! Nothing beats a well veg’d plant when flipped. Just yields such better quality if you ask my opinion. Less LARF and more quality stacked tops. Thanks again for your beautiful plant pic!!!!

Growing inside the fan leaves only eat but serve little purpose. Outside is another story. I defoliate everyday pretty much. Because I grow short I don't use a trellis. Now with 2 weeks to go I collapsed branches out to open up for inside buds. Hoping it gets tighter buds. Leaves are turning. Hate it when it gets ugly.

Looks fantastic! I do agree, my least favorite looking part of the whole grow is when she is close to being ripe. But all that hard work is getting ready to pay off for months to come. Thanks so much for sharing your pics.
