I'm able to control the humidity pretty easily as I have a dehumidifer and humidifier in the basement they're drying but I have no way to lower the temp. I've tried blowing air conditioned air down to them with a box fan but it's not seeming to change the temp much at all.

Right now they're hanging in the same tent they grew in. The humidity is going from 58-62 but the temp is going from 75-73.

When I dried a couple harvests at 60% rh and 75-78°, dry time was pretty quick but the flower definitely had that hay smell. Even after jar time. It smelled really nice when you broke a bud open though.

Maybe that's an issue for you, maybe not.

Last time I dried in the fridge I use for fermenting home brews, temp was around 50° and once dry there was no hay smell. It took around 3-4 weeks to dry, and if the hygrometer reading is correct the humidity was around 50% most of the time.

That will work. You want it colder though. 60 humidity. 55 at lowest

I have no clue how to make it colder. It's our basement.
We tried blowing the cold air from the first floor down the stairs. We tried blowing the hot air up the stairs.
The temp of the basement isn't changing.

Get a mini split or a portable ac. And blow the exhaust air upstairs.
