Thanks. At least I have to go back k to work tomorrow. Four weeks without a day off, and during the heat wave. The beatings will continue until moral improves!Bad ass, dude! Sweet!
If you can, if its yield you are worried about, pull the tops over horizontal carefully, without splitting at joints. If you work at it a little each day you definitely could get them opened up. get the entire side of the stalk open to the sun. Think guyed wires. Also if you use wire, put a piece of old hose on it at the plant contact point.Just looks like there is a lack of lateral branching. Almost look more like an auto would look. But a lot can happen in the next month. I don’t top, so no expert but maybe you should have top a few more times. To get more of a normal plant spread. And I think you’re going to have some thick solid bud on those arms. And it looks like they will be easy to support!![]()
Easy on the defoliation bud, you want to leave a lot of those leaves on. And your light is a little too hot. I think you lollipopped a bit high. Oh good morning btw!I was a indoor virginia 5 months ago. Lol
Best of luck to you![]()
Sounds like it’s worth a try. Be very careful of the joint where the branch joins the stalk. IMO whenever you top that joint can be a weak spot prone to splitting. Especially the first joint or two. seems like when you top you have to keep topping periodically to kind of spread some of the stress out. Kind of why I just bend them from the get-go! I use that green gardening tape. Got a little stretch to it.If you can, if its yield you are worried about, pull the tops over horizontal carefully, without splitting at joints. Yeah a more nuanced approach to bending them is needed, like a gradual slow chiropractic approach. I would put the stalk joint on question in a white knuckle grip in one hand. And a very ginger bend in the other hand. maybe even zip strip the joint for a little extra support while you train it. But, it’s always about what you are comfortable doing bro. I’m just throwing this out as a possible option. Bc @Oldchucky is 100% right about the joints. But it can be done.Sounds like it’s worth a try.
