hey guys im always making new post's but this time i need help with the really experienced growers.
my plants are reg seeds from nice bud ive brought. very happy with how their growing and understand i will have to pull about 50% when i can tell their sex

here are 3 pic's of different plants all the same strain just unknown, my question is this the leaf of sativa, indica or hybrid. i know nothing of this stuff and the pictures on google didnt help i guess something to do with the leaf size?

the only reason im needing this info was the different sizes in stretch that comes from them to get an idea of how much space im looking at.

The wide leaflets indicate indica, or more likely an indica-dominant hybrid.
its going to be along chase to find the strain but im a huge believer in knowing what your smoking.
just have to wait until she blooms up and find out her scents

You likely will never know exactly which strain it was. Bag seeds can be tricky like that. Hard to say what exactly it was pollinated with. Could have been hermaphrodite pollen resulting in "feminized" copies of the original strain, or it could have been pollinated by a neighboring farm/grow by anything from a sativa, to indica, to industrial hemp strains.

The only way to know for sure would be to have it tested by a lab and try to match it up with known strain terpene and cannabinoid profiles, and even then it could still be a toss-up.

But yeah I'd have to agree with LoveGrowingIt, these plants are exhibiting signs of an indica or indica dominant hybrid. The fat, wide leaves and short, bushy growth are the key identifiers, here. Sativas grow long skinny leaves and the plants are usually taller than they are wide.

the width of the plant is coming from my excessive topping haha i started 2 tops early because i wanted the stem formation nice and wide.
i also used a 600w mh from its veg to promote leaf growth over height.

i know ill be able to rule out a few strains they could be, like deisel's strain smells like deisel. some smell earthy etc. but thats as far as ill be able to go than take a solid guess at the strains that smell like it and look like it, i hate bag seed :( but id rather do some than none

Subjective everything is a hybrid these days and different people feel cultivars differently
