I have grown some cola bottle-size buds without topping just lst, but when going past a certain bud size or bud width, the bud rots as the airflow can't reach the inside of the buds. Some strain more than others. kind of why buds can't just keep growing forever.

yeah and topping/mainlining heavily reduces the amount of fluffy shit buds which is great. Something im still yet to perfect on my wild scrogs. sacrifices must be made below the canopy. to what point I havent quite worked out yet.

MY screen sits almost right on the top of my pot about 3 inches above and my main stem has been bent from a young age and runs horizontal to the ground. any new growth just keeps being forced back under the screen. minimal vertical growth

i dont do it everytime but I have bad back issues and this style I can lift the pot up and keep the canopy at waist height so i dont need to bend down much and youll never run out of room in the tent.

Just though about this, how long do you usually veg for under that rig? Until it’s full? Or do you try to anticipate stretch?
