Hey all, I'm new to the forum, and the hobby. We've done outdoor for years. but, I've always been working long hours and not able to be very hands on.

I set up a vivosun 4x4 with a spider farmer sf4500 set at 30 inches and about 35%. I also have three 6 inch fans, and a 4 inch exhaust from ac infinty. I have a 6 inch fan on order to replace the current 4 inch. Last but not least, ac infinty humidifier set to run vpd at 1.0 currently for clones and seedlings.

Currently on an 18 and 6 light schedule. 2 clones got some burn from my testing to get everything dialed in, I'm hoping they survive. The sad little yellow seedling I'm not sure about, it's not happy. The other isn't too happy as well. I feel I may have overwatered a bit.

This will be a test run to work out the bugs in the ac infinity controller. Thanks for looking and happy growing!

Hey just wanted to say good luck, growing 1 or 2 plants inside at a time will give you about 6oz's and that's a good harvest from what I hear.. Just wanted to warn ya, the payoff isn't worth the time or money.. If you can't grow outside the cost to grow is way more than just going to your local dispensary.. wish I had known before I bought all this crap... just a heads up...

Stay the course SteveC, regardless of what Mr. Grapeape says it's very rewarding. I just retired like you and (no) time is no longer an issue. It's a LOT of fun growing indoors.
Your girls look a little off but absolutely are recoverable. let them really dry out though. Good luck on the grow and the retirement!

Hey if I'm wrong tell me.. I was simply telling someone what I wish I had been told to begin with...If you have the money and space it's a fun hobby.. If you actually want to have smoke you best be able to grow outside...1 plant grown indoors under optimal conditions will yield maybe 4.5 oz's that's 1 Oz per month for all the nutes, electric, time, frustration, and disappointment..just saying this ain't a cheap hobby, and be sure you don't mind paying triple for home grown, maybe it will live till harvest maybe not...

I do have some outdoor growing, that's a given every year. Something about watching and learning as they grow in a tent that you can't get with outdoor, feels like part of the family. The cost is high but I think the personal reward will be much more than I expect when all said and done.

Thanks! I'm learning step by step here, not ever going to be perfect. I'll keep updates coming every few days as I see changes.

Here's some pics of my outdoor girls. Got started late so they're about 1 foot shorter than this time last year. I got so busy last year I neglected the heck out of all of my girls and still got some good smoke.

Hey good luck I've enjoyed growing them I'm sure a outside grow would be worth it just not in a closet grow. Funny I've never followed instructions till I started growing then I find out the nutrient amount on the instructions isn't even close.
Good luck may the gods smile on your grow...

I'll make the best put of my space, I've been learning alot about training and its helped my outdoor tremendously

Quite impressed with the AC Infinty 69 pro. I've been tweaking it for a few days with fan speed and humidifier output, got her dialed in pretty tight. I'm looking for a good IR pen, hopefully I'm not way off on leaf temp.

Transplanted 3 of the girls last night. New soil was still a little moist so I didn't add any water... still alive
