Well I'm sure there has been improvement since 2014. But as far as the cycle of life changing it won't. But all other factors change all the time. Upgrade to get the best lights grow after grow. So many different ways to feed and grow in. Changes all the time.

I have a 500watt grow light that has a veg and bloom setting. My 3 plants are in veg, would it be advantageous to have plants under the veg setting or both since I read they need as much light during veg?
