Im out of town too often therefore a soil grow or an automated system were my only options. One day ill build an automated hydroponic setup. Before and after training pictured. Until then...

Lots of new lower branches coming in. Should have a decent canopy once we're done here. I think even the two bastard seedlings are coming out of their stunted growth spree. Lol

Turn the light down so they stretch out a bit. Mean looking bug catcher!

You think? I'm kinda low on space in this grow area. The light is already dimmed down to its lowest setting, 1/3 at 22 in above canopy. So its only using 100 watts actual power atm. It doesn't have an actual dimmer, just three switches 100 watts each plus 660nm red for flower. I got it for a steal, pretty good budget light imo though. Ppfd is at like 400, dli is just above 25. I did the leg work and with this tight space, I will only be able to go 2/3 strength plus 660nm red through flower. The light is too strong for the small space. I learned that the hard way. Maybe I'll raise it a few clicks and let her stretch a bit. I read that a lot of new growers make the mistake of growing too short of plants which in turn hurts the final yield. Is that true? I always thought short stubby plants mean denser nugs. Idk... Thanks for the input though!

Cannaraptor, I’m ok with this 😂

I do the same thing on a little lager scale. 15 gallon pots outdoors, was thinking it's just a lot easier to bend them over when there is a little room between the nodes is all. Sounds like you have things sorted!

Yea its definitely kinda hard to tie them down when the node spacing is so tight. I feel you on that!

1 day shy of 3 weeks old today. Will be ordering a tent this weekend. Probably going to veg until they get acclimated to the tent for a few days. Looking at another two weeks of veg. They are growing pretty quick atm. Its crazy that it has only been like 9 days since I transplanted. I'll be away for the weekend again so I'll tie down some of the new branches when I get back. My medium is 80/20 FFOF/perlite. When do you think I should start feeding them? Will there be visible changes? Or should I ease them into it starting at a quarter dose? Idk? Im using General Organics line of nutrients. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Now that one plant has grown out some, I’m even more convinced the one on the bottom left does in fact, have tmv. It has hooked leaves, lacks verigation.

Just to show I have dealt with it before…..
