I don't even think it matters, anymore, to be honest. With the technology they have now, they have airplanes that can track something as small as a soccer ball from 300 miles away.. .. .. So they can certainly tell if you're growing something you're not supposed to be. Really, the lack of privacy in today's world is getting frightening as fuck.
