Does this look like powdery mildew (see pictures)

Outdoor grower in New Jersey we just got rain for a week straight. Not sure if the is powedery Mildew. If so any way to treat?

I m not seeing any white powdery mildew , just the trichromes forming on the sugar leaves.

Get a loupe. You should not need it to see PM but you still need one to end your grows with.

Awesome preventive advice here since your outdoors AND i just learned this here....

Take a 1 gallon bucket and add 70% water and 30% whole milk and spray your plants with the milk and water solution.... it kills soft bodied bugs and kills and prevents molds
