Newb grower needing help with too many questions and too little time.

I originally started my plants indoors under LEDs. Due to an electrical issue in my leased property, I needed to move said plants outdoors about 8 weeks after germinating.

I originally thought it would be a futile attempt and was willing to accept the loss. But to my surprise, the plant(s) really started stretching out and producing beautiful vegetation.

I lost one plant to disease and another was a male. I am currently with one female who appears to be striving. My biggest concern right now is the need to either insulate during cold nights or just move her back inside. I’m in a colder region in the northeast U.S.

Can anybody please offer any suggestions, assistance, or otherwise helpful tips and experience.

Hello and welcome to the forum.
Nice little plant. I'd say as long as the nights do not dip bellow 35 - 36 deg F do not put the plant inside. You will mess up it's light cycle and there is no risk of the plant freezing. It will be ok as long as it does not get a killer frost that knocks down pretty much the entire garden. It will just develop pretty colors. If you run into a risk of frost at night stick her in a shed over night. You can cover with a big box and stick a small electric heater in set around 60
in order to keep her from freezing.

What fertilizer are you feeding? NPK numbers.

As this plant is still quite early in it's flowering stage. I'm going to offer some advice that may go against everything you feel, but in the end it will help your yield. Look at your plant. Each main branch will have a top cola. And buds forming along the sides of the branch. You need to remove the buds forming on the sides of all stalks. Everything off. 3" bellow the top cola on every branch and sub branch so the plant can focus on making nice top colas for you instead of a bunch of popcorn buds that won't grow into usable buds. You can leave the leaf if you want just pinch off the bud.

I’m using a local nurseries all-natural bottled solution. And just to be totally honest…I’ve been feeding on a “soil-feel” basis only. When the top half inch or so doesn’t feel moist, I will water. PLEASE…any other advice on fertilizing now would be appreciated. I’m a traditional organic gardener and this is my very first “uncharted and unplanned” cannabis grow.

I'm sorry I have not gotten back to you sooner.
Can you go to the hardware store and pick up a bottle of 5-15-5.
Pro-Mix. They call it root booster because it has a seedling simulator in it.

I start seedlings with 5-15-5 then veg with 12-6-6 1 cap full pr 3 gallon watering can.
When the plant is small and bump it up as needed as the plants get larger.

When the plants start budding and finish stretching I switch back to a high phosphorus low nitrogen mix.
5-15-5 for flowering. 1 cap full for 3 gallon watering can. Then add a teaspoon of Monster Bloom 0-50-30 pr 3 gallon watering can every feed. With great results. You can use any flowering mix with a low first number and very high middle number for flowering. Even5-15-5 works wonders buy itself, Hope your plant is doing well.

2023 I grew Organic.
Made all my own nutrients. This is how I grew the last 3 years with very good results.

Dont waste money on monster bloom or any fancy brands.
Rather get potassium phosphate in local chem lab, it ll last for several cycles. U can get 1kg for around 7eur.

Thank you all for the information. I’m a beginner cannabis grower but have gardened for years. To be truthful, I experimented with this plant a bit.

I have several 5gal buckets of composting soil. Since plant has started flowering(now budding), I have fed them using the compost buckets as a filter. Creating a sort of “compost tea” that drains out the bottom of the bucket where I drilled multiple holes for drainage. So as I am way late in the growing season I’m not too keen on switching anything up. BUT… I will consider all these suggestions.
