well just from the picture i’d say a slight nitrogen toxicity along with a phosphorus and mag deficiency..
doesn’t mean that’s exactly your issue, your light distance either too close or too far can cause similar looks

i just went to the build a soil site and read up on it..
i’d say your issue with your set up is that soil..
that is not good for marijuana.. even in many states growers have failed heavy metal testing do to the ingredients used for the soil.. they also claim it to be their heaviest amended version..

being that it is heavily amended, means slow release of nitrogen- this during flowering is not good..

I don't like ocean forest but their frog is good. I'm going with sohum next season. But that's expensive.
