That to me, is insane. Meanwhile Johnny down the Block who has been running around the neighborhood diving behind bushes talking to himself for years can go grab one. That really pisses this hippy off.

Yeah I’ll say from the jump, when I’m there, you won’t be finding capt anywhere near that city. Gotta have more than a few screws loose to try to do that there and live to tell it. Suicide by all the agencies

Yeah, even on my once a month incursions to the city for groceries, I take county back roads and strategically get in and get the fuck out only where I really need to go. This town has a huge homeless and crime problem.

One time on my monthly grocery shopping trip I was checking out at the registers up front in Walmart, and this guy with a baseball bat walked up to the in-store Bank (that was closed at the time) and started smashing all the plexiglass flu sneeze guards at the Bank counter. Then he turned around and calmly walked out. I just continued checking out (self checkout) and a couple of minutes later I heard screams and people running back into the store from the entrance/exit that the guy walked out of. I heard some lady scream "HE'S GOT A GUN!!!" and literally EVERYONE but me started running towards the back of the store..

My PTSD and military training kicked in immediately and I started moving strategically towards the entrance. I was gunna fuck this guy up. But luckily he turned around and started walking back out by the time I got to the entrance. At this point cops were already on their way, you could hear the sirens. He started across the parking lot towards the road and by that time there was like 30 CSPD and black SUV's surrounding the Walmart parking lot. This was one of like 8 walmarts in this town.

Yeah look into some black powder weapons there are some really impressive ones out there.

Also - can you look into getting your rights back? A lot of states have a "2nd chance" law now where you can get your felony expunged or sealed and get your 2A rights back. It varies state to state but usually if you have stayed out of trouble for at least a couple of years they allow you to "petition" to get your felony expunged or sealed so you can get your 2A rights back.

I believe there are ways to get your 2A rights back even if you don't get it expunged or sealed, as well. Again, varies state to state.

Yeah it's been that way pretty much since it's inception, too. Chicago is a helluva place to live. I have a lot of mixed feelings about the Chicago PD as well. They're mostly a gang of their own. There's good and bad like anything else. But yeah if you've ever had the pleasure of being detained in one of their "black sites" and questioned and tortured like a 9/11 terrorist, you'd feel some kind of way about them, too.

I never had this pleasure, myself, but a few close friends of mine have and the black sites DO exist.

You know, unk was telling me they are doing that in Philly, cops won’t look for work in that city because of all of the madness, but I’ve heard all about jack wagons full to the brim with these new breed smash and grabber groups being ghosted away. Appreciate all the help the other day. They seem to be doing better. One still has a mag deficiency. I don’t want to give cal mag when it doesn’t have a calcium deficiency. Going to order something to remedy that. .. one of them still has some tacoed leaves but I’ll figure it out.
