I heard what you said about the forbidden fruit. I'm interested to see what they are looking like after 2 years of your selective breeding. I bet they are goi g to be amazing
I found some really amazing phenotypes that I've been working with and they both have their ups and downs but they're coming along nicely. One of the strains I crossed it with was Super Silver Haze, so I have one pheno that I found was super hardy, very uniform, solid, dense nugs, easy to grow, but the terpenes aren't as prevalent.

This other pheno took on an amazing terpene profile and extremely fat, dense nugs, as well, but not quite as easy to grow nor hardy.

What I'm aiming to achieve is 1) Easier to grow (Forbidden Fruit is kind of tricky in it's nutrient requirements) 2) Bigger yield (Forbidden Fruit is only a medium yielding strain) 3) Increased THC (FF avg. 16%) and 4) Keep or improve upon the original terpene profile of Forbidden Fruit.
🤠

Been there. Done that. Got the T-Shirt 🤣

We used oversized fabric pots and bailing wire to make the root ball and hung them from the rafters. We even played around with the lights. If you grow them like this with the light above, they will start bending upwards toward the light. However, if you put the light on the floor, below the plant, it will grow mostly upside down. Even most all the leaves will be upside down pointed toward the light.

Didn't really make any sense, though. It was a neat experiment but I cannot find any practical uses for it. It doesn't really save or create any extra space.
They crank out the damn maters though. I was shocked how well it did for some heirlooms. Mind blowing almost. I fucking forgot about those 😂

what would be the best way to stabilize cap, would serial cloning do it, or just growing in the same invironment, with same strain over until its stable to that invironment.
It’s really about redundancy, I have worked some strains for years just like dead was saying. I’ve actually grown them in different microclimate conditions with variations in rh light power, proximity, over watering, under watering. High heat low heat you name it. If in time, I can make a clean run, while throwing a kitchen sink worth of bullshit at it, that’s when I feel we are stabilized. To me it’s about building up a strains ability to deal, this is mainly why I picked blue dream for example as strain to cross, because that strain can put up with some much variation in climate as is, I figured it would be a good place to start, I licked out with how well cali dream jived with it, that it was a little easier than previous cultivars I worked. Redundancy, and poking all of the bears, within the parameters of any given indoor grow.

And I can’t wait ! ✌️🤩

makes sense cap, so im kinda on the right track already has ive some plants that, dont stress no matter what i do to them. my bc being one of them. so just gonna work from there on making it better if that makes sense.

Yep, some strains can just take a beating. I gravitate towards those a lot when I find them. Pheno hunt, snatch the gold, do it again. Make platinum. Booyah.

You are going to find the cheesiest phenos. I know you know what you are looking for 😎

Gonna make me wanna pop those…..quit it (don’t) 😂😂😂😂
bro i have 2 batches 1 from the first run, multiple plants hit different stuff. so mix on the first, then the second one where a reveg that i did of the most stable plant that didnt herm. then that hit itself, they should be the ones i sent. if not its the others and theres some real crazy ones in there just there not as stable.

Bro no worries, I’ll be up all the buttcracks to make sure we skirt any funny business. They gonna yield bro. Elbow Drop off the top rope.

yeh man, ive been waiting for the real cheese clone to surface where im at. to see how it compares now to my bb bc cut, its only a matter of time i think it will pop up again, as it where the street weed for decade plus. the moment i spot it ill be chasing it down, this time as i used to smoke the real one alot. so ill know straight away when i see it/ smoke it.

I don’t think I’ve puffed a legit cheesy strain in over 10 years
