So, growing up, my folks got a blue and gold macaw, his name was macki.
My best friend as a child was a fella named stephano. He was from Kingston Jamaica.
We were best friends for years.
Well my parents being the fucked off people they were trained that bird to say “dark meat” anytime someone knocked at the door.
I’d take a cursing bird over a racist bird anyday. Mackey was cool, but definitely a product of his environment.
We had a reticulated python named Merlin.
He was in a 200 gallon tank in the same room as macki. Well, my folks had a really bad months long fight. They didn’t feed Merlin, meanwhile he has been sitting in his tank watching this colorful bird walking back and forth on his perch, Merlin was ready for a meal. Now, mind you, at the time Merlin was 19ft long. Big fucking snake, look them up, scary beasts. And not very nice from the jump, well that snake snapped the heavy duty zip strips that held his tank lid, and he went and got him a $1500 dollar meal. Moral of the story, don’t be a racist bird.

Don’t top it more than 2 times, the plant will fill in the rest.

I can never get two tops in, seems like by day 23 they're always starting to show flowering. What's the secret Capt? any tips?

I top at the 4th set of leaves including the cotys. Earlier is better with auto.

You can overwater easily in a 5 depending on a few things, but yeah, def a waste of black gold imo.

I have a special watering can for the babies. I've found it to be perfect size for seedlings to veg. Then I have another one for veg to flower. I need one more big one for flowering. Cuz they be drinking.

Same thing here with every auto. Shows preflowers by 1 month. I just start LST on them early. If I could time it better I would top early but if it’s showing preflowers I’m not topping anything.
