So I got a growing question to stir the pot... of you all out there.... how many use UVB lighting... I got some questions.... do you find it to be worth it??? How many hours do you use it for.... how far does it have to be from canopy... if only using for a couple hours when do you use it??? Yes I know it can all be researched but figure 1st hand accounts are where it's at too

I figure if only adding a small amount of uvb is like adding co2 in a sense... gets you that "10% boost" ... but not needing anything but that little extra light might be worth it

UV B raises cannaboids and terpenes according to what I have found. I was starting to look into a UVB for the tent myself.

When I was researching, I believe if thevwattage of your uvb is under 5% of total lighting you can run em 24/7. I was running mine, but half the bulbs just blew out. Going to finish without it.
