Hey all!

So what have y’all been using for powdery mildew sprays for prevention and / or treatment?? Have been using Captain Jacks copper fungi spray for prevention on a weekly basis. Unfortunately this morning on my morning visit to the garden, noticed p.m on a few leaves. I’ve dealt with this before except closer to harvest, but am about ready to flip the girls to 12/12 and am hesitant until I get this resolved. Any and all help is greatly appreciated!!

Temps are right around 72* - 75* during the day with a humidity of only 35% as I have my pellet stove going and sucking all the humidity out. Night temps are about 69* pretty consistently .. Fans were on low - high as of now for better ventilation. I can’t imagine that smell of a milk spray! Haha! I bet that smells like your making cheese in your tent let alone your house!!! Does it really work???
Natep - lost coast? Or “lost cause”?? lol!
Thanks for all the replies all!

I unfortunately just spotted a few spots on my leaves but i am a week or 2 from harvest. I am curius whats best to deep clean my tent after harvest. I was reading peroxide mixed with water but open to suggestions

I use a full face respirator and use 50/50 bleach and water (heavy) and let it dry, once dry I’ll spray the whole tent with 50/50 peroxide and water and let that dry

Was thinking about cleaning everything then running my sulfar burner in there. Just to get every crannie

Powder mildew will explode at low humidity. I know this seems backwards. Bring your humidity up to about 55%. It will slow the growth of the pm. Then treat it. I would throw everything in the world I could at it. Then once your tent is empty clean the shit out of everything with alcohol

Natep - say what?!? Wouldn’t ever have thought that… really bring my humidity up that high? I’ll try anything at this point to spare throwing an entire plant down the drain.. always appreciated brother

Did not know this, i tried dropping to 50, guess i will bring back to 55%

I vote for Lost Coast Plant Therapy—it's easy and can be used even in flower. Another option, cheaper, is sodium bicarbonate (baking soda), c. 1% solution (10 grams per liter of water). Many ways to kill pm, but environmental conditions determine how often it will re-appear
