I treat auto flowers, the same as photos as far as nutrients go.
If I start off in Fox Farm, Ocean Forest, I know I don’t have to feed for like three or four weeks
I have never used any fox farm or ocean forest. Is it ok to bury the seed in that mix? I start with plain pro mix bx but I’m down to try something new. Never mind. Think I understand.

May just start them in neutral soil while they are in the solo cups. When I transplant them into 1 gallon pots I will amend the soil lightly. My initial feeding is usually to early that’s why I am asking these questions lolLike nature intended bro![]()

I have 4 inch pots to germinate in, basically like solos.
Been overthinking my next grow, I want to grow/keep mothers so I can have a variety in runs.
Right now I have decided on 1 gallon fabric pot sog soil grow 12/12 from clone so indicas and sativas can be finished in a 5ft tall tent.
Looking at down to earth liquid bloom 1:3:2 , then add some Neptune seaweed to get it to 1:3:3 for the finish.

I've been looking more into fertigation of coco. Most people say to never let it dry out and keep it 90-100% saturated at all times. Just watched a video of a professional grow operation where they give the coco dry back periods so the roots can "search for water". They don't use perlite, just straight up coco.
Bro science = keep it saturated. Professional science = give it dry backs. idk, I don't have a multi million dollar setup so I guess I'll go with bro. Think I'll switch to soil when all these coco bricks are gone.

I find when plants are small they don’t mind a bit of dryback as they get large with 20 percent perlite it’s seems the more ya give em the more they ask for? I also don’t use the bricks the ones we get here are horrible over 3 ec run off so I always go with hygen coirlite here pre buffered with cal and mag works wellI've been looking more into fertigation of coco. The thing that got me into this was finding around 30 bricks in my garage from my reptile keeping days. I was getting ready to haul them away then the lord spoke to me and said grow weed.I find when plants are small they don’t mind a bit of dryback as they get large with 20 percent perlite it’s seems the more ya give em the more they ask for? Just have to get myself adjusted to a daily feeding routine. Didn't realize all that beforehand but it doesn't seem too complicated.

The lord didn’t tell me to grow it was the wife
she a good woman.
Yeah I'm looking forward to some sprouts shortly and hoping everything works. Got them germinating 14 hours now and everything's ready to go.
I think most people get their info from Dr. MJ Coco so I'm not 100% going by it after his medium mixing chart set me back a day of buffering another batch. I was like dude, you're supposed to be a doctor. How could you fuck up the weight that bad.
