No worries! Autos do really dumb shit sometimes. Especially if you top, or attempt to train certain varieties. As far as the others, they are looking completely different much healthier overall. Cannabis number one issue is humans……👊🏻🤡

Very true. I think I got it down to dummy proof now. Just got to watch the feedings. I ordered a tds meter to check ppm. Never used that before. Until then I’ll keep with the small feedings more often throughout the month. I think I found the sweet spot as long as I can keep it there

Sounds good man. It takes a couple runs but little by little everything will start to smooth out as you dial in your style of grow. You’ve done good getting it all back on track my friend.
Every grow things get easier. 👊🏻🤡

Luna just chillin on the gifts

The reduction in light has made the leaves droop, but they are still taco'ed and tips pointing upwards, very strange.
These are signs of nutes being to strong... I usually use ¼tsp of big bud powder... i. using ¼ and ⅛tsp... it's a little heavy for this size plant... but that's a sure sign of nutes being too strong

Yeah after our talk yesterday and then me thinking on it for a while, I think I am compacting my media to much and this is making my media hold more water for longer. You using promix you said I should get run off at 1.5 gallons I did not. My dry times are extremely longer then everyone else on here. This has always confused me. I think it's a root problem, she staying wet to long, this is causing the roots to uptake nutes at a lower level creating excess nutrients in the media. Talking it out with you yesterday helped a lot. This morning I am going to aerate my media by poking a bunch of holes in it to allow air flow and I am going to move the fan so it is directly blowing on the soil. This with the lower volume of water when I water/feed will hopefully allow the roots to dry out in a faster dry time and maybe fix the problem. It might already be to late for her, she may not be able to be fixed. The issue is rapidly accelerating, I will post new pics when the lights come on.

Yup sounds like we got to the bottom of the issue... it's hard to describe how to pack your pot with soil... don't want it super tight nor super loose... but ya your still gonna get good product... keep blasting thru and next round you know what to do

Yeah I think I put way to much media in my pots and I compact it a lot. This all makes sense, it's logical, I will try to fix the ones growing now, but I probably won't see a change until the next grow which are in solo cups now. Will see how it goes. Thanks again for all the help.

A bale of soil with get me thru 1.5 cycles sometimes 2 depending on amount of plants...

On average a bale with 4 plants will get me 3 uppotings and 4 plants thru flower... then probably half bale left to get me thru next cyclw until I go into 7 gal pots... flowering at the time will require another bale

Also this is my 1st time NOT using promix... guy at grow store actually tried to save me cash...

Botanicare is trying to rival promix with soil now... got this bale 10 bucks cheaper than promix and is SAME!!!

Thank goodness this one is a faster harvest then some.of my last ones. Them buds looking good and still growing, I think she should finish before she makes it to the next stage of this issue which is bud growth stopping.

She is still pretty but she going to look like Frankenstein by the next week or two.

This one is much younger and is starting to show problems. This one might have enough time left to fix. Doing same thing aerating the soil, reducing volume.of water and feed, putting fan on soil. Will see if I can pull her out of it. The other one just to close to harvest and fixing this is going to take a couple weeks, it's not a fast fix.

Do you have a soil.ph tester? I'm curious what your soil pH is in that Botanicare. As peet moss is technically hydro media pH should be between 5.5 and 6.0 for optimal uptake of nutes. Promix stays steady at 6.9 for me. This has always seemed high. I am curious on some of these other peet moss based medias pH. Not water pH or run off pH but the actual media pH. I would.like to find one that is locked in closer to 6.0.

Not for nothing... I had this GREAT WHITE SHARK that finished horribly to the eye.... however it was some really flavorful powerful buds

@GNick55 I see you liking posts I got a question. The other day you told.me taco'ing leaves are caused by light, bugs, and something else. I cant find the post as this topic is just strait popular, but what about root issues, could this cause leaves to taco?

I know you read a lot of posts on here and I am sure you have seen the issues with brown spots and leaves looking like they have light issues, but the topic posters are saying it's not light issues,. Things like leaves in the shade showing signs of light stress, lower leaves showing signs of light stress, brown spots on the leaves.

I see these post everywhere and sometimes it is light stress but sometimes the problem looks like mine where a reduction in light makes the leaves start to droop, but the leave taco and the rust color spots and the viens lightening up continues to get worse even on leaves in the shade. The plant has noticed the light reduction because the leaves start to droop, but the signs of light stress continue.

Do you think this could be caused by root issues?

Lmao 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂 all mine have finished horrible yo the eye, I usually just stop posting pictures when they look so bad, it I have to say all of them smoked very well, taste, smell, effect, clean ash, all very decent, much better then dispensary weed. But I wanna show mine off and when it looks like a decaying corpse I just stop showing it off.

I don't test anymore...

Okay thanks, I been on the hunt for something a little more acidic, but none of the manufactures put the media pH on the bags. Im not sure how to search for this, all my attempts have failed. No worries most don't have media pH meters.
