Tool is a pretty fine band aren’t they? I used to source rare drum heads for Danny Carey. He and I had the same percussion teacher. Super nice guy, and pretty giant I must add. Bit of a coke habit when I was around those circles. Sorry Danny lol!!

I use lights on the side but I only turn them on after week 3 of flower cause they wont stretch for that light anyomre. Yours are past growing but wth xD hahaha its probably better than on onse side since then it will give more light to one sid than the other. That said, LOL xD

Got a moving plate below, I could rotate every few days. They got 3-4 weeks to go.
Additional lights for 5 hours a day enough or waste of time and energy costs? It's just 40 watts. Had to turn my normal lights to 50%.

Since this has happened on every grow in mid-late flower, i'd say you need to look at everything from mid-late veg to today... where does it start? Any minor changes prior? Flux in temp and rh? Nute dosage? Watering schedule? Rhetorical questions to keep in mind. Maybe do 2 side by side next time.. treat them different. Test your theories. You will definitely figure it out.

I have a desk calendar I write everything down on, and have detailed notes of when the issue happens it's always day 25-50. Always same problem. What I am starting to think is that at that time frame the plant life it needs more or less nutes, it's when the calyx start to fill and the bloom (new white hairs) start to slow and change color. That is the point I have problems. Like with the northern light the calyx start to fill later then the bubba kush does. So that is why the bubba kush is showing the issue earlier. When the issue hits they add 2 days on the dry time. It's always the same dry time gets shorter and shorter then right before issue hits the dry time is longer. That longer dry time is a tell tell sign within 3 days I'm see the issue. No change in nutes, no change in light ( and once it hits I have to pull light back because they get sensitive to the light) I have tried more perlite in the media, less perlite in the media, different size pots, but my water times have always been much longer then everyone else. Always let dry back until pot is light, but I have messed with that timing a little trying one plant at a day before styrofoam light and then another when styrofoam light. (Both still got it). I have tried more things then I can count

I don't like watering more then once a week, but this next grow I'm figure out how to make it a 3 day dry cycle so I can see if the long dry cycles are my problem. This is a common denominator with all my grows, always a long dry cycle. So good possibility that's it.

Im not sure in your case. I use side lights because I have 2x130W panels in 3x3 feet and it can get dark in the lower canopy, if I had a high end LED panel I would probably just play with the potentiometer. If you have to sacrifice light from a full spectrum for a blurple to hit the leaves from below, which photosynthesize but not as good as the upper side (its based in the ammount of chlorophyll), maybe its not worth it.

Side lights sounds interesting to me.. I'm have to try that one of these days.

Just remember to only use them from 3rd week of flowering, otherwise the lower branches will grow towards the sides instead of upwards. Its just a nice little boost for the fattening of buds if your panels are low wattage (100-200W) and cant get to the lower canopy well. If you have a 600W LED panel and you do SCROG it would be kinda pointless for example, maybe useful for some nugs that are getting all the light blocked but the good shit is on the top only anyway.
