First time grower! Day 22 flower defoliation.

Hello! Today is day 22 of flower, I came home from a 4 day vacation and these girls got HUGE. I waited to touch any kind of leaf on them for the past 4 weeks. Did a defoliation a week before flip. Did I do this right? Should I go more? Next time do less?

I do know next run I’m going to try and focus on a more even canopy but for first time I’m happy!

I’ll admit I also didn’t adjust the light high enough through veg and flower so the canopy is uneven due to that as well. I raised the might and turned it to 100%. Running the Ion board 4x4

Your killing it mate for a first grow you should be proud as punch great job you can always chuck a second net over if they start flopping everywhere.

Good job! Even handed application of a proper defol. Leave her be now though. Unless is a leaf pointing towards the center of the plant covering possible tops, even then try to take instead of take if you can help it.
More leaves. More weed.
