I gave her something to eat after the transplant cause she was in a very smol pot and now she needs to root. They can be fertilized a tiny bit but they need to eat insects, theyre very sensitive to fertilizers and wont be able to survive on them only or at least thats what I found on google. Its a trip to see how fast they close once they sense a pray, I might make a video next time I feed her.

@JKash so my bubba kush was dry this morning, 1 1/2 gallon half dose took 5 days to dry out, I went a head and did 1 gallon at 1/2 dose this morning. The bottom of the pot was dry right after initial watering, but after waiting 10 minutes the bottom is moist top of media is wet. Thinking the 1 gallon will bring my water time down to 3 days.

The northern lights is not dry but she is getting close for finishing up so that doesn't really surprise me. Her leaves degrading seems to have slowed so looks like (still to early to tell) but looks like game plan is working. Thanks again for all the help will continue to post updates.

The lower leaves are still continuing to slowly get worse, but that feels more just like normal fade at the end of her life. Top leaves have more or less stopped degrading, or at least it seems they have at this point. And the northern lights is swelling, got calyx swell popping out everywhere like popcorn everytime I look there is a new spot with swollen calyx. So bud growth accelerating which is not normal for me at this point.

They do! Usually they like bigger insects because closing that fast makes them use a lot of energy so they prefeer more worthy pray but thats also the reason why they have several mouths, and they dont need to be fully closed, they open and you can see the insect inside decomposing, in case more gnats step in it would just make it even more worth for her. She will catch plenty of tiger mosquitoes I can tell you that much, they are harmless to the plants but they hide there because its hotter and they like humidity and they bite like 3 times or 4 per round, very annoying, very yummy for her.

No I got a Chinese translator app on Google. It's just called Chinese translate. I'm not looking up traditional Chinese tho.

Oh another cool thing, they hivernate, in winter they dont have pray or barely any. They will still close if they sense movement but they store nutrients for the winter in case no pray comes across.

Not really no, a box is incredibly useful tho and easy. But rockwool cubes and some clonex and you are good. Super low settings on your light to drive root growth.

Thanks for the fast replies cap always! I lowered my light down to 30 inches yesterday and left it at minimum setting. Seems that’s where they like it so I’m happy. Now I’m just gonna let them do their thing
