Help with knowing if it’s time to harvest

I have a few nugs on my plant where there are almost completely orange hairs on them while others are still growing or stunted not working with the best light set up right now and was wondering if I should just harvest the ones that look ready and leave the rest or just take what I can get and harvest it all. Any pointers?

zoom way in on the biggest bud. Im talking so close you will see the what i call alien eggs . I want to see them So pic inches away
very top looks done brown hairs with out scoping them. So cut the brown ones off and branches .
Leave the bottom of the plant going longer

Don't harvest till nearly all the trichomes are cloudy, especially the ones on the buds. Some will be amber colored. Trichomes are those sugary-looking things on the buds and the leaves near the buds. Magnification is needed to see them. I use a 15x jeweler's loupe I found on Amazon.

The plant looks close to ready. Good job getting it this far.
