With home growing being a mostly legal thing now, and sometimes expensive, I see no problem taking donations to help with production costs.

In Cali, all homegrown cannabis can be kept at your residence, you can only transport up to an oz Six plant limit, no limit on the amount you harvest

Yea it gets real gray on the whole how many ounces you can actually have in your house before they get ya with distro that's real gray. Not that it wouldn't be a good case for the person that caught it but I'm just saying having things like baggies and whatnot starts to get into distro charges if the popo were so inclined.
