I thought about getting one of those backup batteries for PCs. The power flickers on and off here during storms. It's usually back on within an hour or less but still not good.

I run an iriver portable power station in each room. Sometimes a li-ion box can be fairly cheap. They pay for themselves quick in peace of mind currency. In your instance you could turn your lights down and run it on the box for almost 12-24 hours while you wait.
Here were I am, the grid is awful. I’d be screwed without that…..

They were from seed. I ran them In right at 90 days from sprout. I wanted them that small. As soon as I tipped the last round I flipped. I worked out good. Though I wouldn’t suggest that without a healing period before flip.

I reckon you got away with veging them that long and not over growing the space by keeping them in 1 gallon pots?

I have ran over/under rigs a bunch…works great….8oz cups through 1 gallon all the way through to harvest……

Some days twice. Never more than that though. I was pleasantly surprised with the results. Scratched the itch, most likely won’t ever do it again.
