do you ever make mistakes lol. they are always fat plump and healthy . looking good
I do, def got my ass handed to me putting in the new light. Got a little hot for a day or two I think. Thank you for the kind words my friend.
I would hope after 23-24 years I’d have it sorted, but like anyone else, my ass gets in front of my intentions, especially when I’m changing something. There is always a curve when you switch something up. As long as you approach growing like school is never out, you’d be amazed at how much you still don’t know……never stop learning and growing.

Oh and never sell yourself short……

Does this still look like light burn symptoms? My light is a Migro and the manual recommends 10” distance at 40% power for seedlings. I’m midway through week 3 and have them at 40% power but the distance to the light is at about 32 inches, so incredibly farther away than the recommendations but I can’t seem to shake the burn..

I would say it is, see how the leaves edges are curling upward? Dead give away.

My monster has got some serious light burn...

Or nutes are too strong?
I’d be surprised by that, def a possibility.
I just know Rama used a fraction of what the manufacturer says. So that would be odd.
But to heir on the side of caution, @Rama777 you could slash your nutrition even more, and turn your light down. See how it goes….

I haven't been able to keep up like you have..... that's why I threw that idea out there... I would side with light burn.... but it is a possibility that's all

just wondering if anyone would suggest one of these for my veg only tent 4x4,..
and does anyone veg with leds and flower with HPS?,.. need a little more light power upstairs but don’t want to add a bunch of stuff, just want to keep everything exactly the same just change out t5’s for different area and leds for that tent,..

I agree homie! It’s just the cupping of the leaves as well as the tip damage that has me at heat/light. Man I hope you feel better soon!

If I remember who runs that way, I’ll link them towards you homie. Can’t for the life of me remember who right now. I know there are a couple homies here that roll that way…..

Or nutes are too strong? If feeding...
For sure they are. I had a super smooth veg with my first grow (this is my second grow) using Metal Halide. I’m new to LED but more to your point, these were started in a more hot soil. Lesson learned. The max par is 175 which seems sufficiently low right?

I thought they would have outgrown the nutes by now but I guess not quite yet. I haven’t fed them anything yet. The leaves still droop when I water though I am basically certain it’s not from overwatering.

Overall picture here. The droopy one in the front middle was just watered, but again that could be from hot nutes and not overwatering, correct?

To complicate matters more, the very obvious light burn on the leaves was from a misunderstanding I had about LED lights and they were getting too much for sure. But that’s been 10 days ago since it was rectified which is why the new burnt looking tips have me perplexed.
