How old are they? I’ve always heard people say they had horrible customer service back in the day, but haven’t heard anyone mention them recently. I run a couple ts-1000’s and haven’t had any problems in the past. Although I’m not currently using either one of them.

I've been hearing alot of negatives about Mars lights.......

Fires, popping noises, now intermittent on/off......

They were top of the line at one point I thought.....

I love my ViparSpectra P2000.......still getting a feel for it though....

I have had them for a while all told. I should have unplugged them, but now I’m fairly certai. I would be tempting fate if I kept them in circulation. Really they have been great to me over the last 4 years or so, I got my cash worth. I would just hate to see the same problem pop up for anyone else you know.
I’m still just a little annoyed over it is all.

I don't mind it as much in full veg where they can take more ppfd. Early on it annoyed me trying to get it right for seedlings. It was either not enough or crank up the intensity and raise it wasting electricity.

Ha......no joke.....I think I've said this before, but....

Using a good grow light for a beginner, talking about myself I am, I burned through ALOT of seeds, not knowing why......

I finally had enough and went back to my old routine.....t8s.....

I was burning them alive, hoping they would just grow.....ha.....

Seedlings need very little light!

Now that I've more experience, I can do it under any light.....it was a VERY hard lesson learned.......

They actually did this to my friend's dad in Indiana.. He had a warrant and the county sheriffs thought it would be fun to send him a fake letter saying he won a boat and he had to come pick it up. It worked, cuz they got him
