Dark or amber trichomes?
Pull it if you got around 10-20% amber, if you already got more than you maybe going to overripe her. Check the amber and decide, no matter how long the has to go.

The sugar leaves on the bud will always amber before the actual calyx......

It's the calyxs trichs we look at.......

And yes, the whole plant in general......
