If you are just getting ready for harvest and haven't purchased anything yet, you should look into Grove Bags. I have tried Bovida and they will work. I even have one of the Stainless containers with the special place for the Bovida pack. You will have to try and hit the dry right for yourself, trim, and do a little burping, but once get close like where you might try Bovida in some sort of sealed container for the finish... GROVE BAGS!! - I just got a couple and they are working great.
I've got jars and Boveda packs, but may try some in bags also to see what works the best. I'm such a lightweight one grow will probably last me a year so need to find the best long-term storage solution.

I just shut down two tents, I had bought some non dimmable light and they just wouldn't work in the tents, didn't have enough head room to use the non dimmable lights properly. I tried shade cloth, I tried getting plug dimmers and neither worked well, the plug dimmer didn't work at all. So the two tents are now a thing of the past.

I have a 3x4 closet in that room and it just so happens the closet has 10 foot ceilings. But sadly it also has a bench built into it to make access to the stairs to the basement. So it's not perfect but it should work.

Got a couple questions, I want to put something down on the floor so the plants are not sitting on wood what would you suggest? I'm thinking just cutting up a tarp and putting it down but would imagine there are better options. Also should I be worried about putting anything on the walls I was thinking about mirrors but I really don't think that would be needed unless you guys think the walls would get messed up from the plants or moisture? Thoughts ideas would be appreciated.

I put mylar on the walls of a closet grow back in the day. It pretty much works as a mirror and comes in rolls. Didn't notice any damage when it was done.

Yeah I was looking at that option as well but I'm just not sure anything on the walls would really be needed, the wife is worried about mold, but I regulate the humidity and I am doubtful that would be an issue. I never have condensation in my tents. It is my first closet grow so idk maybe I'm wrong.

@Leoman - I have weed from the last 6 or 8 grows. It is not the weed that you will get hooked on... It will def be the growing part of it. AT least for me. I haven't got to smoke since Jan 9th because of a broken/cracked rib and related pulled muscle.

I hear it loses like 16% potency per year in storage. I doubt I'd let it sit around that long but trying find the best option anyway.

Yeah, growing has its ups and downs. I think once I have a nice stash I won't worry so much about the next grow. This time it's all new equipment and techniques so trying not to fuck up too bad. Hope you heal up soon.

Your walls should be fine, and they are already white (increases the light reflected back to your plants). Zill is right about the linoleum. Durable and will protect the wood.

If you want something that'll help keep the area clean. I use one of these for up-potting:
$1.59 65%OFF | 1pcs Planting Mat 50cm-100cm Gardening Potting Pad Foldable Garden Plant Flower Pot Transplanting Waterproof Mats

Cheap and does what it's supposed to.

Yeah I was thinking the same on the walls. Flooring I'm still debating if I wanna spend more money or just cut up a tarp I have and put it down. I'm go look at that planting mat right now, thank you for the feed back. Very much appreciated. 👍👍

I have these from the two tents I broke down. They might work same as that plant mat.

I'm looking at some cool designs on the linoleum, the flooring in there just awkward with that bench in there. So anything I go with will probably look a little funky.
Then, there's always JoAnn's. They have vinyl in different thicknesses on rolls. Much thicker than tarps and no holes. (until you oops, but that's what duct tape is for. 😉 )
