Oh I had to the membrane was stuck. And I did all sorts of stages of germination. If I do it next time I'll take pics...it's pretty interesting.

You should. I've tons of those gelato seeds so I will be doing some sort of germination viewing at some point on them. I love science.

Good morning everyone from me old strawberry and this pineapple express. Bushy bitch and straggler doing alright doing what they do.

So I dumped out 2 of the gelato seeds. A couple were just germinating and the rest didn't so I said fuck it..dump 2 and keep 4 and see. But I might end up dumping the other 4.

I planted a pink kush and a strawberry cheesecake auto. So now I'll know if I just sux at germination or if those seeds were no good. If these don't pop then it's the germ method im using rn. I've never used this starter kit before so it's all new to me

Oh no...I'm horribly impatient and look at all stages of germination. Snick peeks. Pull off membranes etc. but I'm a mad scientist I can't resist I have impatience and a curious mind...it doesn't bode well for most seeds...

Old Strawberry is doing well...watered this morning. I moved the light to 30% since the pineapple express is in veg now. It's still too much light for her but I'm working on old strawberry as my main.
Pineapple is relegated to a side piece.

The baby fem gelato is standing straight up. Will get apic of her when she opens today. I know she will!!

I'm so stoked yall. Just all the blessings and good ppl. Just have to always give thanks for what I have cuz I could have nothing again. This is how I think.

It is totally normal! When you first start everything is crazy amazing, every different pheno and characteristic, down to seed size and shell density. Striping. It’s all fucking awesome knowing you had a hand in it. Now you keep growing it until you breed out any bs. You’ll be doing larger and larger runs in the future so I have no doubt you’re gonna have a bunch of fun.
