How’s this for some molasses? I inherited it in a round about way from a retired master grower. It smells kind of awesome. Haven’t had the balls to try it yet..

Well it’s a ferment with crawfish and god knows what else. I have a friend that analyzes soil and I need to send him some so he can look at it under a microscope. It could be awesome, but without knowing what kind of microbes are in there, it just seems too risky.

Fucking smart 👊🏻

I’m not opposed to using molasses though, as I’m not concerned about the microbes that are in my inoculant. But I haven’t looked into the benefits really. I mean I do understand it actually, but just not in relation to indoor potted plants.

How could it be bad if used in modest doses, I heard it was forgiving stuff.
Until you give it to a plant that has uptake issues you are not aware of, then that stuff festers in the soil, throws ph into a tailspin, causes a bunch of critters to exodus to your grow and then inevitably start rotting out roots. I’ve seen it man. Not saying it’s bad, just that it can be in the wrong hands……

And just so everyone is aware, molasses feeds pretty much every species of bacteria and fungi. So if you have any concerns that there may be harmful shit in your soil for any reason, it’s best to not use it. Just a caution..

If the plant is healthy things should go smoothly. I problably will do just one heaping teaspoon than.

Hey, you know with this info I have, I’m just tossing it out there, not to be a contrarian, but to make sure you have a more complete data set, to base your judgement on. 👊🏻🤡
