My "Topping Day" tradition is chimichurri.

Instructions:

1. chop your tops
2. Remove stems and chop em some more
3. Chop 4 cloves of garlic
4. Smash some red chili flakes, salt, and pepper to taste
5. Pour maybe a tablespoon of red wine vinegar

Mix it all up with 4 or 5 tbs of olive oil... if you have THC infused olive oil... use that stuff

Put this on steak, chicken, pork, honestly all meats... and potatoes.. Definitely put this on potatoes..

Definitely a fan of Mephisto, only grown two of their strains, these Forum Stompers, and Samsquanch OG, both were heavy on the frost early on and very sweet smelling.
