I’d eat those leaves, makes me feel like I tried to eat something healthy for once 🤣 They smell wonderful. My lady plans on winning the ac Infinity light with them.

How do you guys transition your nutes when you go to flower? Do like 1/2 grow and 1/2 bloom the first week or two when it begins?

There's no waiting for these things. Every day I wait there are more leaves that need to go. In even another week of no defoliation it'll be out of control.
Depends on preference primarily, but your nutrient line might have a weekly suggested feeding chart, I grow organic now, but when I used bottled nutrients I ran fox farm. They had charts to follow if one was so inclined.

I'm using Advanced sensi coco and the chart goes from week 4 of veg nutes straight to full strength bloom.

I’ve got some cards up my sleeve for that contest and I’m waiting on some fade on the forum stomper rn, I defoliated the one closest to me and left the one in the back. She’s been fading in a few leaves and starting to show some colors. I can’t wait to see her shine 😍

I’m thinking about trying coco again with two gallon fabric pots and running a drip line off a timer, I just don’t have the space. Are you happy with that brand?

I'll just say I wish I could slow the growth down for a while. It's kind of expensive compared to other AN products but I think it cut my veg time by at least 2 weeks.

Hydro and coco are so close, especially if you get watering dialed in. Both offer explosive growth. Definitely worse problems to have 😉

That's why I'm scared of getting into coco... the financial nutrient burden.... I use AN... I get 1 gallons of ph perfect trio, rhinoskin, calmag, budcandy, and sensizyme

Then get 1 liters of terpy juice, all rooting additives, budfactor X, Overdrive

Going to coco would probably triple that budget... granted that gets me quite a few cycles but still

You can still use the micro grow bloom with coco. Just the sensi coco line is more dialed in for it. But yeah the frequency of feeding is what gets you.

I’ve learned that organic takes time, it’s definitely not the quickest fastest way to a big yield, but it’s definitely easier. Practically set it, and forget it. Check once a day, water twice a week if needed. I still use ewc tea, kelp extract, molasses, and cal mag with a dash of recharge in one of those waterings. I have introduced a tiny lil bit of winter frost by new millennium the last couple weeks of flower. I think that disqualifies me from official organic but who gives a shit. It’s easy and low maintenance.

I’m interested in this, especially if it’s coco specific. My coco grows weren’t that great, I was using box store coco, unwashed and definitely unbuffered for a couple years. Some plants responded better than others but I chased my tail for a while before I found out about washing and buffering. I ended up transitioning into organic soil, then organic living soil and larger fabric pots. It’s been a lot easier and plants are way happier with less issues and more importantly less maintenance. But as I said before it’s slower. It all hinges on finding more space for another grow tent at this point. But you got me thinking, and @JKash with those fabric pots. Definitely gonna order some of those. Who makes them.
