Can anybody recommend a heating mat I can also buy in Europe?
Just bought a @SpiderFarmerLED 20watt heating mat on Amazon, which is not working at all.
It raises the temperatures just a few degrees, so it will be just a little warm.
Starts from 76°f and raises to 82° and will stuck there. The mat should heat up to 110°f ...
Disappointed, it will be returned.

I tried a generic and a Vivosun 20w heat mat. Both seemed to be dependent on the room's ambient temperature and couldn't even get the medium up to 80 degrees in a cool room. They'd pretty much go 10 degrees above room temp. Curious what others use as well.

Get a controller for it and they will go higher

I have one and set it to 85. All that does is shut the power off to the mat when it reaches 85 which they never did.

I have a couple from inkbird and spider farmer they've always done well, but I do crank the controller up to 95

Are you measuring the heat mat with nothing on it, the soil, or the surrounding air of a dome?

Yep. Without anything on it. Tried it on a glass table and wood floor for an hour.

Sounds like a dud. At 82 it will still get your soil temp in the right range, but it should definitely raise higher than that

Place your heatmat on a sheet of styrofoam. It will make it more efficient. A cold floor acts as a heat sink. It'll take longer to heat and use more energy if you don't give it a bit of insulation

A few more where up potted to 5gal bags
Some are getting to big to take out of the tent
These are all around 8 weeks one is 10

Temp 70f rh 60 tent has been 80 turned heat off in that area yesterday it was 63f where I’m at.
So stress may be from multiple issues

Im conflicted about next move I have a few in veg area that these lived in for first 6 weeks junk Menards lights but they did ok

This Ocifer XX strain from Brothers Grimm is getting interesting. Only week 4 of flower and she's sticky all over and smell like piss right after watering her. Smells the whole grow room up like piss.

Its so strong it's makes me wince when I walk in the room. Gotta be some potent stuff.
