Vivosun Fan update, no longer working

I was lucky enough to win a vivosun oscillating fan from a contest on here. Unfortunately it died in under a year. I messaged them on here but didn't get a response. Hope mine was a one off.

Bought one last Sept. Used it for one run and it makes this growling/rumbling sound, also a snapping/clicking sound as it changes back directions.

Never even used it above the third speed (of 8 or 10) And the Growhub wouldn't operate the fan at all, even tho could read it.

Yea definitely try to get in touch with Vivosun. Mine stopped working correctly in under a year also. I had to upload a couple of videos of it malfunctioning and they sent a new one asap. Don't forget to check your junk mail maybe?
