A little maintenance in the 4x8 today. Switched out an AC infinity fan that stopped oscilating with a new one from vivosun. Flipped to 12/12, did a little defol, took some clones and supercropped the jungle cake. Slurricaine has a much shorter structure so none of their necks got snapped. All good in the hood

So how much defoliation do you guys do? I think I'm gonna have to go hard this time, already lolly popped and started defoliation l. Wanna wait a few more days and then remove the rest of the big fans

Yeah I leave everything I can on the plant.
Only the biggest fans covering tops, and potential tops. I take leaves that are pointing towards the centered of the plant. Other than that, it’s the leaves that are stacked on each other 2-3 leaves deep. Most of the perimeter leaves stay, I just like to open up the center to some light, and make sure that light is penetrating to the medium. I like about 10-15% of the medium being covered with light right before bulk to aid in wet dry cycles. I go Oppenheimer on them in mid to late flower,
No fn mercy, ever seen a p or k toxicity? And I’m not talking someone messing up bloom nute use in veg or something.

Because I haven’t, so I like to run my output a little lower to avoid givingmy plants sunburn,
Then it’s full blest maybe a few extra grams slid in feed for science. I make up for a slightly soft approach light wise into mid flower with absolutely ridiculous bloom booster.
Less stress all through flower, they stay eating I will give them as much as they can stand.

It's a bit better thank you. The rhin that hurts the most is my calf muscle that got teared. I'll be home for a month though We have a good system for injury and sickness so after day 2 you get 80% of your pay

I'm playing around with DWC a bit. Growing great, looking healthy and so on. Never done hydro anything before.
I cut down two males. Is it just me or are the entire plant more watery than regular? Almost dripping

You should sign up. Pay has to be out of this world to go grow weed on Mars. Without gravity, I wonder how that would work. How do they water plants on spaceships? Aero I imagine, spraying the roots.

typically I like to leave everything I can but everything is blocking a bud site quite literally, even the bud sites are blocking each other lol.
mostly seeking out those leaves laying on each other to prevent those random water spots on leaves.
As far as food they got top dressed again, they will be full to the brim for the duration but late flower I'm gonna have to keep humidity uncomfortably low, at all times. With fan noise out the wazoo, ac, dehumidifier, 3 fans plus occasionally a box fan ripping. Nice place to sleep , since the tent is a foot from my head when I sleep.
I've been holding out a little, but I think mostly I'm leaving jusy the canopy and underneath where light doesn't reach is gone. I'm also raising the light the rest of the way and turning it to 100% soon. I have dragged my feet because the ac has to go in first, otherwise it will be 90F in the tent. It's on the 2nd floor and bug AF for a window unit so it's always sketch installing it high. I secure that mfer the safety screw and all that shit.
That's my tentative plan anyways, always subject to change. Since I have 2 bushes in a phone booth they pretty much filed the entire thing top to bottom, side to side. If I hadn't defoliated already I'd definitely have mold, it would be inevitable. Anyways done rambling, thanks for the response brother . I love taking other excellent growers data and adding it to the good old noggin for future use

Was it a 6" ac infinity gen 1 fan?

Free replacement upgrades for the gen 2. You keep both fans, just give them an order number (i got mine as part of a kit from a 3rd party website and still got the replacement.)
