Below are some pictures, I started in this pot, with the current setup, did the lights just make the plant a monster because of high levels of energy? Or is it early sign’s of a male?

I believe these lights are 40 watts. Quite a low power for cannabis. This is why the plant is so long between nodes.
You need a more powerful light.
If your going to keep a small closet grow. Something like an old Mars 300 - 60 will do nicely in a 24"x24" space say 36" - 40" tall.
You should be able to find a used light priced within reason. Plants require 24" between the top of the plant and the light no closer
threw veg. Some plants can stand a little more intense light during the late stages of flower but it's easy to burn a plant if your not careful.

UPDATE: so I added more light, I found this grow bulb that emits PPF, and can be put into any lamp light fixture. In the beginning, I was very worried because of the long/thick stem, what really was happening is since I started in this big bucket the roots realized this, and stretched as much as it could resulting in a rapid growth, in one week it was already 12 inches long.. with the added light and some help from the sun, she is looking very good with adequate node spacing. It now looks more like a lolly popped plant. Which I don’t mind, I’d rather all the energy be transferred to its job of making pistols.. here are some pictures of the plant PS: I had a mildew issue in the beginning, the milk/water solution helped get rid of it and made the plant thrive.
