Sounds like you and I share a common problem. Hope you feel better, soon!
My best advice is maybe get yourself some haze plants. Like Super Silver Haze, for example. They are usually extremely hardy - just toss some water in their general direction and they thrive. Very easy strain to grow if you're fucked up in bed like me

Yup. Hazes are the adderall of weed. Comfortable and motivating at the same time. I picked other stuff for this year but probably next year.

I drilled like 3/8” holes at the bottom of my cups and that seemed to be plenty drainage ( I had a pretty heavy perlite load in my light warrior)

I needed both ballasts going. That was a part of it. They are bouncing back. I just watered dont yell at me. They're actually still pretty lightweight.
