I have the Spider Farmer 55"x28"x80 (I call it an oversized 2x4) and I germinated 4 seeds but after I transplanted into my 3 gallon pots, I realized that the tent is best for 3 at max, at least for the photoperiods that I'm growing. Luckily I have 2 small stealth boxes so I was able to move 1 out of the tent. It will still probably be a little bit of a loss because the stealth box is only 20"x20"x36" and won't yield as much as it would in the tent.

How many weeks are you at?
I would let them grow and keep tucking into the net.
If you're worried about breaking a branch, you can hold the lower parts by hand while tucking the top so you don't stress the lower branch as much while doing so.
if you feel like the net squares are a little big, you can run string or plant ties to divide the squares a little more and then you don't have to go as far or bend so much at a time to get to the next square.

24 days into veg , yes that's a 2 x 4 I'm brand new to this I'm still learning lmao every day and your talking about bending for low stress training ?

Unless you branch is completely like a tree branch you should be able to bend it back under your lights.

These are 3 I have going in my smaller tent, 55"x28"x80"
Just so you can see how much 3 can fill that size of tent, they are quite a bit older then yours and will be flipping to flower probably this weekend.

In the future, be helpful to make a frame for your scrog net. You can use small pvc or something, makes the net way more uniform and all sides are usable now instead of bowed in.
I got lucky and found in my basement a small plastic frame (complete with couplers and corners) that had strings ran through it and when put together looked like a frame for a kids play house or dog house or something.
I cut the strings, measured and cut the pieces, made 2 middle supports, put it in my tent, and zip tied the AC Infinity net to it.
I like how small the diameter of the poles/pipe I used were, they actually fit around the frame between the canvas and the tent frame and don't need rope hangers or anything to hold it in place.

shit man i started with 1 2x4 then i went to a 2x4 and 4x4 and then i went from a 2x4 to a 3x3 and 4x4 and then i went from a 3x3 to a 4x4 and 4x4
