Nah i mean no real problem. not gon hold you though I saw it coming up from the soil. So I peeled back the little bit of soil keeping it from emergence and peeled the membrane off. Did I just rush the process? I’ve did this for an auto seed and didn’t have a problem grew just fine

Theres a small membrane/film that separates the hard casing from the soft embryo. What you did can work fine, but it can also tear this membrance and expose the soft underdevloped cotyledons to friction and pressure it cant really handle yet. Once cotyledons are damaged, even with just a little bit of pressure, you cant undue the damage.

Itll probably be totally fine, dont stress it, what you have effectively done today, is learned from a mistake sir. We need more people like you in this world.

Lmao, so i have this weirdo mutant. It feels like shes growing very very slow, but really she isnt. She's the same age as my MUCH larger outdoor plants. And it actually ahead of them by node count tbh.

She's just, a dwarf? or something? Idk but it's a cool weirdo plant.


This is her, next to her sister of the same cross. The darkness is because i had just overfed her a bit trying to get her to speed up. But once i counted nodes i realized the weirdo is actually ahead of the other plants, just physically very small lol. Topped/trained exactly the same
