My father was a crusty ol' man. He had tourettes syndrome and was pretty wild. He was addicted to alcohol and drugs and did not take the best care of himself.

Anyway one day the family is together and my dad is sitting at the couch when one of my aunts cats walks up to him and sniffs his feet. It scared the crap out of the poor cat. It jumped up in the air backwards about 5 feet hissed and ran off. His feet stunk so bad it terrified the cat. To this day about 20 years later this still cracks me up!

people younger then me probably wont find this funny. But i bet people my age and older definitely will. It's been screaming at me in the face all evening. This isn't the only oldschool reference this things already giving me tbh either.

This was an indoor girlie pulled a little over 2lbs from. Got this feeling your absolute trunk is gonna support a wee-bit more then this one did though. Had to cut it off the root ball with a jig saw.

So this is kinda weird. I have cuttings in a greenhouse and I have a light that comes on when it’s dark. The plants get 18 hours of light, probably more.

This bonsai is 9 months old or so. It’s been outside here in the same conditions for about 3 months.

I just noticed that it looks like it’s in a reveg state. That’s what these single and triple bladed leaves indicate yeah? It was never flowering though..

What could be causing this?

Daylight hours. They are diurnal.

a plant kept growing slowly enough will do 1 and 3 finger leaves, even under 24 hrs light. Especially if it has some sativa in its lineage.



My columbian land race clones stayed 1-5 fingers in veg if you fed lightly with low light for slow growth. Almost looked like hemp kept in this state lmao.

Interesting..

I forgot to mention an important piece of data. Only one of 6 or 7 strains is doing this. Also, it was fed slowly under less light all winter and didn’t do this.

There’s another cutting from this bonsai mom in here and it’s doing the single and triple bladed leaf as well.

So this strain is asking for something that it isn’t getting..

My intuition is that it needs more photosynthetic energy from the supplemental light that kicks on when the sun sets.
