Yes those are aphids. And these are white fly nymphs, can't tell which one it is from the pictures tho, my guess is aphidsI don't know close. are those aphids? heres the whole plant

Might want to also look into using milk as a spray as another option, there was a thread about it on here i think. And the gentleman claiming to use it said it worked great as an insecticide/fungicied. He was growing outdoors though and said he was unsure how it might work indoors.Just noticed today when defoliating they do move slow and not any under the leaves just around where flowers are starting
