How to know when bud is dry enough to pluck

Hi guys, I’ve been drying my weed for around 13 days now in a 60 degrees c and 65 percent humidity environment with good airflow but none on the buds.
I’ve now brought the humidity to 60 percent.
How do I know when the buds are ready to be plucked off the stems and into storage containers?
All the stems currently are bending and not snapping including the small ones.

It sounds to me like they're ready. I go by where the branches snap as if "breaking" internally but they don't actually break into two pieces, if that makes sense. I'm no expert, though.

Leave your bud on the stalks!
Give your bud a rough trim on the stalks. When the largest branches snap your about ready to start curing.

Only then remove buds from the stalks and finish trim. Don't rush it. If you put the bud in jars now it will mould.

You mean 60f right? Because 60c is too hot to dry bud. Thats like 150f. If you are not mistaken then i would think you need to reduce the temp to 15c

WHat Imzzaudae said.. from a little experience after jarring/bagging you'll know for sure if you hit it right or not, I'm still learning how to be patient after jarring and let them do their thing first couple days in the cure before making any adjustments (if needed).

I was under the impression that if I leave it till the largest branches snap that I would be over drying it?

How would I know if I’m over drying it then?

I should add that some of the smaller branches are now snapping and the large ones are all still bending.

I put some bud and a hygrometer in a jar and leave it sealed for 24 hours and then I have a pretty accurate idea what the moisture content of the bud is

Any more opinions on when the best time to take the buds off the stems guys?

Currently the smaller stems are snapping and the larger stems are bending.
