Does pre flower mean I am in flower or is this normal. Should I let it grow or switch to 12/12 new grower here

The pear shapes with pistils coming out of them are pre flowers, it means your plant is sexually mature and yes they appear during the veg cycle, usually takes around 6 weeks give or take.

You can still veg, no need to flip until you're ready.
Remember that depending on the strain it could double or triple in height after you flip so make sure to take the distance from your light after stretch into consideration when deciding to flip them. You want to make sure you can keep your light at least 18"-24" over the canopy after the stretch.

No darkness induced, some strains were showing pistils while others weren't, I popped them in the flower tent and they were fine. I changed it back to 18hrs. to stop it
